Fired Up! - Episode 44

In this episode, The Fire Brigade started off with a quick recap of the Heisman ceremony and Alabama quarterback, Bryce Young's, historic win!

Next, the guys gave their impressions of the third quarter of the NFL season so far!  Sticking with the NFL, we talked about the current NFC & AFC playoff picture.  We include which teams will make the playoffs and which ones will be stuck at home watching.

Then, we moved over to the golf world and talked about the PNC Championship tournament happening this weekend.  The even bigger news is that Tiger Woods will be playing in this event with his son, Charlie.

The show shifting our focus to the hardwood giving you our analysis & picks for the major college basketball games this upcoming weekend.

Next, the team switched over to the NFL to talk about the recent rumors that Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback, Ben Roethlisberger, has played his final season in Pittsburgh this year.

Then, the guys talked about the recent hirings in the college football world with new coaches being hired at Notre Dame, Oklahoma, and Miami (FL).

We continue our discussion in the college football world with the announcement of the 4 Heisman candidates for this year.  We dive into the numbers for each player and give you our pick for who will bring home the award.

The show kept with college football by giving you the Fire Brigade's analysis of the major conference championship games from last week.

Continuing with college football we had some discussion around the final college football playoff rankings and whether or not the committee got the top four teams correct or not.

Following our NFL talk, we got into some college basketball talk with the season just around the corner.  We previewed the 2 big matchups on opening night between #3 Kansas vs. Michigan State and #10 Kentucky vs. #9 Duke.

Then, the team transitioned over to the baseball diamond to preview and recap the World Series matchup between the Houston Astros and the Atlanta Braves.

The show continued with the Fire Brigade's analysis of last week's biggest games in college football and then previewed the biggest games in Week 9. 

Finally, we wrapped up the show with a little controversy surrounding the Cleveland Indians new team name choice of the Guardians.

Fired Up! - Episode 37

In this episode, The Fire Brigade started off with a return to the racetrack.  The NASCAR playoffs are down to 8 drivers, so we gave you some insight into who might advance to the Final Four!

Next, the team transitioned over to the baseball diamond to recap how the current ALCS and NLCS matchups and who we think might advance to the World Series.

Then, the guys talked a little NFL action with the recent trade of TE Zach Ertz to the Arizona Cardinals.

Afterward, we stuck to more football news, but this time some big news out of the college ranks.  The trio talked about current LSU football coach, Ed Orgeron, and the LSU football program agreeing to mutually part ways at the conclusion of this season.

The show continued with the Fire Brigade's analysis of last week's biggest games in college football and then previewed the biggest games in Week 8. 

Finally, we wrapped up the show with the continuing drama in Philadelphia and Ben Simmons with the recent news that the 76ers have chosen to suspend Ben Simmons for the opening game due to conduct detrimental to the team.
